Every plant is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with care from our Botanical Living Studio in Virginia. Our goal is simple, to help your new plant arrive healthy, happy, and ready to thrive.
Every shipment is thoughtfully packed using protective materials selected to minimize movement and help your plant arrive in excellent condition.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. To reduce weekend transit time, plants are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within 20 miles of Glen Allen, Virginia.
- 0–10 miles: Free Local Delivery
- 10–20 miles: $10 Delivery Fee
We'll contact you after your order is placed to coordinate a convenient delivery day and time.

Because every plant is alive, it's normal to notice a small amount of travel stress after delivery. Most plants recover quickly as they settle into their new environment.

The health of your plants comes first.
During periods of extreme weather, we may delay shipping or include additional weather protection to help ensure your plants arrive safely. If extreme temperatures make shipping unsafe, we'll contact you to discuss the best shipping window.
