Through thoughtfully curated plants, botanical products, educational services, and personalized support, our goal is to make botanical living approachable, enjoyable, and attainable for everyone—regardless of experience or space.
🚚 Where do you deliver?
Botanically Unique currently offers local delivery throughout select areas of Central Virginia.
🌿 Free local delivery is available within 10 miles of Glen Allen, VA (23060).
🌿 Extended delivery is available for addresses 10–20 miles from Glen Allen, VA for a $10 delivery fee.
After your order is placed, we’ll contact you to coordinate delivery details.
📦 Do you offer shipping?
At this time, Botanically Unique does not offer nationwide shipping for live plants or botanical products.
We’re currently focused on serving our local community through delivery and personalized service and hope to offer additional shipping options in the future.
📍 Can I pick up my order?
Pickup may be available at select pop-up events or agreed-upon public meeting locations by arrangement.
Please contact us before placing your order if you’re interested in discussing pickup options.
Please note that Botanically Unique does not offer residential pickup.

Yes! Every Botanically Unique houseplant is thoughtfully repotted into a premium clear nursery pot using our signature Root & Thrive Houseplant Mix.
This combination promotes healthy root development, excellent drainage, and makes it easy to monitor moisture levels and root growth.

Root & Thrive Houseplant Mix is our signature soil-free, chunky potting blend designed to support healthy roots and thriving houseplants.

Yes! Virtual consultations are available and are perfect for plant parents and gardeners who prefer support from the comfort of their own home.
Virtual sessions may include plant care guidance, troubleshooting, container gardening support, and recommendations tailored to your goals and space.

Yes! In-person consultations are available throughout select areas of Central Virginia.
